The cache is NOT at the published coords
So this will be the 6th cache that I’ve published, all of them puzzles. What has surprised me is the gap between my thoughts on how difficult the puzzles have been and how easily many of you have solved them without any help.
Obviously what I’d failed to take into account is that with 100s and sometimes 1000s of finds many of you will have been there, seen that, done it and got the t-shirt on a previous cache.
Which brings me to this one. I think this one is much tougher than the others I’ve published so far. I do want people to find the cache but I’d also like to make it a memorable challenge for them to do so.
Hedging Bets on this one I’m working on the basis that:-
• Caching Kings (and Queens of course) may have seen this type of puzzle before but will still need to find the key.
• Fans of James Bond may quickly realise the key but might not initially know what to do with it.
Of course there will be people who fit into both categories and I’m sure the puzzle will be solved quicker than I anticipate.
Here we go...
007 has been captured on a mission and M has sent you the following message. It has been encrypted to prevent it falling into a villain’s hand. Use your secret agent training together with your knowledge of everything Bond to find the obvious key, unlock the message and recover Bond from his captor.
The cache contains a log and pencil, a number of swaps and a set of cufflinks and a keyring for the FTF
