Once upon a time, Napanee was a quaint, quiet small town.
Population was around 5000...then overnight it seems, signs proclaiming the new and improved Napanee appear in the far flung corners of the county. What was 5000 is now 14000 and Napanee has hugely expanded it's borders.
This cache is one of 4 caches placed at the edges of Greater Napanee.

parking is available on the shoulder... hwy 41 is fairly busy at most times, so watch the kids.
