JLDH #16 - Spotlight on Caching Traditional Cache

jldh: Went to check on this cache to change the log and found wasps living under the light skirt. I couldn't lift it without all the wasps flying out, so couldn't spray either. As I'm allergic to wasp stings, I am archiving this one.
