How many of you can remember New Zealand’s first soap opera? Some called it a drama while others a soap opera but whatever it was, it aired twice weekly on TVNZ for just over eight years during prime time viewing.
It was advertised as a locally made drama portraying the lives of a family and the neighbourhood they lived in. The first episode aired on the 1st April 1975 and the last on the 30th August 1983.
This small cache is located in a small neighbourhood park and will test your stealth skills as there is limited cover from the surrounding houses so discretion is required.
Maybe you could buy an ice-cream at the local dairy and enjoy it while contemplating possible hiding places and accompanying children can enjoy the playground facilities while you find the cache. Please ensure you enter GZ from the north side to ensure you are not on private property.
The cache is a small container with some camo attached. The cache contains log book and pencil with room for swaps & small TB's. Please ensure the cache is securely closed and replaced as found after you have logged your visit.
