The Upper Francis Pond Preserve opened to the public this past
year. This acquisition is a 25 acre passive preserve and was also known as the 25 acre Smithers' Upper Francis Pond in Mill Neck, which was purchased by Nassau County in September 2008.
The cache is a decon container.
