OS stands for “Outsiders Series”

This is a series of caches that wanted to get into Roseville but couldn’t for one reason or another and felt a little slighted because of it. They had a meeting and decided to form a gang. The gang name they chose was “The Outsiders”. Their goal is to hangout on the outside edges of the city. They will wait for the Roseville cache’s to wander out of the city limits and then bully them. They have set up in strategic locations all around the city’s perimeter and they are laying in wait.

Jo Bob lost his family in Louisianan during the flood that followed Hurricane Katrina. He has drifted from town to town in search of a new home. He had heard rumors of a tight knit community of caches in Roseville Michigan. He made his way to the area and ran into the Outsiders they told him tales of the Roseville caches (most of which were not true) and worked hard to persuaded him to join them. Jo Bob had been without a family so long he just wanted to belong, so he agreed to join them as an adopted family.
