Nemesis is a two stage multi-cache that is designed for people who wish to utilize the bike trail along Northshore Parkway. You begin at the Pelahatchie Shore Park and either bike or walk the route, or drive if you must. Round trip is approximately 7 miles. If you drive, there are safe parking spots nearby. The final leg will be muddy after a rain.
I've always enjoyed the bike trail along Northshore Parkway and see that the area is now a cache rich environment. This multicache is designed to be hunted via bicycle, with parking at Pelahatchie Shore Park. If two wheels are not your style, there are good parking spots within walking distance of the two stages.
The first container is micro in size, with the last container being a "Mauler Original" design that falls between the regular and large category. The potential distance involved combined with an unusual hide method should make this cache a challenge. You would expect to spend at least 30 minutes completing the hunt (via auto) and much longer if on a bike or on foot. Be prepared for mud, under certain conditions.
The first contains the coordinates to the final cache. The cache container has many trade items, a log book, and a pen. Please observe traffic during your hunt and watch for the muggles.
Accuracy of the GPSr varied from 12 feet to 20 feet at each location, due to the cloud cover.
