At a business Resident with Permission

I enjoyed visiting this place and after getting to know the Resident that lives here, he gave me special permission to hide this cache here. He even help me pick a spot for it. No need to go upon the porch unless you want to visit inside. Please avoid hunting this after dark just out of respect of the landlord.
