It is a bison tube just hanging around, please be careful extracting and replaceing the cache or it could be gone forever.
This cache is on Riley County Fair Grounds so muggles may abound and stealth may be required, especially during certain times of the year. Every Wednesday during the late spring, summer, and early fall there is a farmer market. So plan ahead and bring home some fresh flowers or produce. Enjoy the area. This is my first micro cache so please let me know if I need to up the difficulty. I am purposely not leaving a hint, experienced cachers probably wont have a problem.
