Geocache Description:

Walk and cache details
A solitary cache from the original series - retained due to its placement age which may help for Challenge cache purposes. You are looking for a 0.5 litre snap lock container.

Information
The woods have been the subject of considerable restoration over recent years to remove fly-tipping.
Volunteers have cleared away every trace of fly-tipping and Bredhurst Hurst now looks cared for and is being enjoyed by an increasing number of walkers and horse riders.

Details of the work can be found on Bredhurst Woodland Action Group web site.

Many of the paths can be quite muddy even in the summer so good boots are recommended.
An explorer map 148 will help with navigation.
