Apytalaukyje isikures dvaras minimas dar XV a. Nuo XVI a. iki XX a. vidurio ji valde Šiukštos, Staneikaviciai, Tiškeviciai, Zabielos. Apytalaukio dvaro rumai del vaizdingos neorenesansines architekturos buvo vadinami pilimi. Priešais rumus irengtas dekoratyvinis baseinas, o i pietrycius nuo rumu - tvenkiniai. Nukenteje per Antraji pasaulini kara rumai 1954 m. atstatyti. Išlike neorenesansiniai dviaukšciai, su triaukšciais šoniniais rizalitais rumai, klasicistiniu ukiniu trobesiu liekanos, 1819 m. ikurtas ir XIX a. viduryje išplestas 10,8 ha ploto parkas, turintis angliškojo parko bruožu. Anksciau rumu vidus buvo prabangiai išpuoštas. Cia stovejo senovinis iš ragu padirbtas baldu komplektas, kuris 1900 m. pasaulineje Paryžiaus parodoje laimejo aukso medali. 1947 m. pavyko surinkti ir išsaugoti dali šiu unikaliu baldu. Dabar jie eksponuojami Kedainiu krašto muziejujeNetoli rumu stovi dar vienas architekturos paminklas – barokine su renesanso bruožais Šv.apaštalu Petro ir Povilo bažnycia. Ja 1635 m. pastate dvarininkas Petras Šiukšta.

Apytalaukis estate first was mentioned in XV century. Till middle of XX century it was owned by landlords Siukstos, Staneikaviciai, Tiskeviciai, Zabielos. Palace sometimes was called a castle because of it’s scenic view. There is fountain, park and ponds around it. Palace was damaged during 2nd World War, and rebuilt in 1954. Palace usd to be full of luxury - there even was a set of furniture made from horns, part of these are still being exhibited in Kedainiai National Museum. In 1976 – 2007 estate’s buildings were used for healing psycho neurological patients. There is another place of interest near palace – church in baroque style with renaissance features. The church was built in 1635 by one of palace owners – Petras Siuksta.
