This is a traditional cache with a sturdy container. It is winter friendly if there is not to much snow.
The public gate to the Annapolis Trail Parking Lot should be open by mid April. It is only closed in the spring of the year until the road dries up.
This cache was placed in conjuction with Woods Wise 2009.
This cache is in a remote area and Woods Wise will give info on woods safety.
There is a FTF prize and a fair supply of the usual swag.
The cache is located along the shoreline of Rees Lake near Rees Brook outlet.
The parking cords are 44 45.142 063 56.006.( Annapolis Trail Parking Lot). The cache is 5 minute walk down the trail.
Visitors to the area can hike, bike, walk, or jog or even paddle around the lakes in the area.
This cache along with other caches are in the area of Big Indian, Sandy Lake, Island Lake and Rees Lake.
Please rehide better than when found. There is alot of people using the woods in this area.
