Cache is on a paved path that was designed for handicapped accessible fishing.
Located at St. Louis Fish Pond Park. Just a short distance from the main parking area. There are lots of fisher-muggles about so stealth will be required. Park hours are 7am-8pm March/April/Sept, and 6am-9pm May-August.
Thanks for the information emi.pikados! We'll just add it to the cache page! "It's worth noting that the park is open in the winter. Open one hour before sunrise to one hour after sunset. The gate is locked, but you can still walk in. It's also stocked with trout throughout the winter, for anyone that's interested in that."
