A quick park and grab in the now defunct Circuit City parking lot [now an Orthopediic place] on Route nine in Wappinger Falls
Should be an easy smiley on your next shopping trip............ Muggle factor shouldn't be to much of a factor as it is a Orthopedic place instead of an electronics store now.......... The parking lot is always is full during business hours, so you might want to try this one in the evening or early morning, or on the weekend............Disguising your actions is always the right way to approach these types of caches................
