The WWFMs are coordinated geocaching events that take place simultaneously at locations across the globe.
As of 4/27 there are 153 events in 20 countries
The event will last exactly 15 minutes, not one second longer.
The event will begin EXACTLY at: 10:00 AM PDT (GMT -7) on Saturday, May 2, 2009 and will end at EXACTLY 10:15 AM.
Prior to the event:
Drive to the area of the posted coordinates. Either stay in your car or get out and pretend you are a muggle. Act like you don't know anyone else.
At 9:59 AM make your way to the designated event coordinates. Keep acting like you know no one.
At exactly 10:00 AM as determined by the GPS clock, an ammo can will be placed on the ground at the designated coordinates to signify the start of the event. You may then converge on the ammo can for the official event. A log sheet will be available for you to sign. Please remember to BYOP and make sure to record the number of people in your team that were present. Then, mingle and chat with your fellow cachers.
10:05 AM - The event banquet will be served. Don't expect much, as this will be a flash banquet after all. Please make sure to CITO your food packaging.
10:10 AM - Assemble for and take a group photo. After the photo, briefly mingle and chat.
10:14 AM - One minute warning, "It is now 10:14!" is called. Winners of the door prizes will be announced. Clean up and prepare to leave. Wait for it......c'mon we said wait! OK - GO!
10:15 AM - Make like a muggle and leave the area! Ammo can will be sealed and closed. If you missed the signing you missed the event!
Difficulty rating of 2 reflects the 15 minute allotted time period in which to claim the cache. If you aren't prompt you could miss it.
Remember, if your name is not on the log sheet you will not be able to log the event!
Note: Although participants are welcome to get together after the event, the event will officially be over at 10:15 AM. Afterwards, participants may chat, meet, eat and plan for a day of caching.

Official FTF went to Team Loki (Did T2K2 ever find out if there was anything on under that kilt?)
The 2 door prizes ---WWFM V geocoins-- went to D#3 of 5D and Bykerdan.
The 3rd WWFM V geocoin went to Beachboy38 for traveling the furthest to attend---2025 miles. He said he will release the coin back home and see if it makes it back to the states.
