É triste ver logs sem foto


A rocha do Gronho - formação geológica característica da Lagoa de Óbidos e local de eleição como miradouro da costa oeste, de onde se pode observar a praia da Foz do Arelho, as Berlengas e a costa de Peniche -, tem vindo a sofrer uma forte erosão, agravada nos últimos dias por fracturas e deslizamentos, com o consequente desmoronar deste promontório rochoso.
Para além de linhas de fractura bem visíveis e que estão a tornar-se de maiores dimensões, assiste-se a um constante escavar de areias no sopé da rocha, situação que se agravou substancialmente com o desmoronar de toda uma enorme massa de areia, situada a norte do rochedo, que já no ano de 2007 abateu em cerca de 30 metros na sua crista superior.
Para o agravamento da situação da rocha do Gronho, para além da força das marés vivas que se tem vindo a fazer sentir nos últimos dias, a recente construção de um esporão na praia da Foz do Arelho, tem vindo a provocar um acelerar da corrente que, vinda de norte, banha o sopé da Rocha do Gronho, com o consequente aumento da plataforma de abrasão e aumento de erosão sofrido neste ponto da costa Oeste”.
Por este andar não será possível admirar esta bela obra da natureza por muitos mais anos.
Por isso aqui fica um alerta e um convite a virem ver esta bela estrutura geológica.
Só quero as respostas para o meu mail e uma foto vossa da vista que se tem do local metida no log após confirmação de que as vossas respostas estão correctas.
A pergunta é: quais são os números que estão na chapa do cilindro de cimento antes e depois do \ . Qual a altura média desta estrutura, e o que se vê á nossa frente quando estamos virados para o oceano, e que vegetação predomina na duna que protege a rocha do Gronho.

The rock of Gronho - a geological formation characteristic of Óbidos Lagoon and a lookout on the west coast, from where you can see the beach of Foz do Arelho, Berlengas and the coast of Peniche. It has been suffering increased erosion, aggravated recently by fractures and landslides, with the consequent collapse of this rocky promontory.
In addition to highly visible lines of fracture, which are becoming larger, there is a constant grinding sand at the foot of the rock, which has worsened significantly with the collapse of a huge mass of sand, located to the north of the rock, in the year 2007 when it was hit by a storm surge about 30 meters at its highest crest.
Worsening the situation of the rock of Gronho, in addition to what the storm tides have been doing, the recent construction of a spur on the beach of Foz do Arelho has been causing an acceleration of the current that, coming from the north and the foothills of the Gronho Rock, will increase erosion and abrasion suffered here on the west coast, destroying this rock structure.
Therefore, it might not be possible to admire this beautiful work of nature for much longer.
So here's a warning and an invitation to come see this beautiful geological structure before it is gone.

The questions are: what are the numbers that are on the plate cylinder of cement before and after the \. What is the average height of this structure, and what you see ahead of us when we are facing the ocean, which predominates in dune vegetation that protects the rock of Gronho.
