Geocache Description:


  • The second of 4 in this circular walk, don't let the brambles trip you up.
  • The walk for all 4 takes about an hour or a little less, and you'll see plenty of water fowl, game birds, and sheep, which is great for the kids. Some of the walk is on bridleways, so expect a few horses too.
  • The terrain is 1 to 2 and a bit, as there's an uphill section in the middle. The walk is predominantly grass, and an all terrain buggy would do it OK if it's not wet. You will need to walk on the road for some sections.
  • Please keeps dogs under control at all times. There are notices near the footpaths about dog/sheep harassment.
  • Park with care on lanes here.
