Geocache Description:

Another Cookie Cache and Dash on the outskirts of Grantham. Please replace carefully as cache has been muggled a couple of times. You might need to take some gloves in the growing season.

Situated in a narrow lane on the outskirts of Grantham, there is parking close to the cache site. You are looking for a small Klip-Lok box with a Log Book and a few bit & pieces in, only small travel bugs will fit.

This cache is in honour of the Bagpipe Player who often used this lane to practice his talent. I remember seeing him many times as we travelled into Grantham when I myself was a Mini-Cookie. The Piper would always look splendid in full Highland Dress and it became a bit of a game to see if he was there. The Piper was a well known figure in Grantham, playing at any occasion that required his considerable skills.
