Close by stepping stones that cross the River Lostock. Can be approached from three directions, except when the river is high.
The stepping stones across the Lostock are a popular feature, and attract many visitors. Because there are three ways of approaching the cache, you need eyes in the sides of your head as well as the back to avoid being detected.
GPS reception is not good, but you won't have any difficulty finding the stepping stones.
