Geocache Description:

Cache located on the Long Path. Closest access is from parking area on Route 32( coordinates below )

Your going to have to walk up some pretty steep terrain to get to this cache. There is lots of loose rocks on the steeper parts of the climb. You will have to walk down the road to the train bridge to get to the trail head, the trail will follow the tracks for a while before it turns into the woods. This can either be your third cache if coming from south or ( if you are so inclined ) your fourteenth if you come in from the Shaw road parking area to the north, the choice is up to you. If you've come this far and if you really want a challenge continue to the top on the Long Path and try your luck at Don't Be Such A Pitch! and Water Baby. Good hiking shoes are a must , make sure you bring plenty of water( you'll need it), a walking stick will come in handy too. The views along the way will be worth the effort and I have supplied a picture that was taken from the cache site. You are looking for a 2 inch by 10 inch homemade cache container with log, pencil and some swag, Please put it back just as you found it, the cache opens from the bottom and it is a little tricky to get the cover on so please take the time to make sure the cover is put on properly.........Have Fun, Be Careful, and Enjoy!.............This cache holds permit number GC110SF issued by the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historical Preservation which expires on 4/21/2011
