This cache is located around Sanjo ohashi bridge.
It is well-known because it served as the ending location for both the road"Tokaido and Nakasendo"
In both road, The starting point is Nihonbashi of Tokyo.
It is unclear when this bridge was first built, but there are records of Hideyoshi(famus general) orders for it to be repaired in 1590, as well as one of the original giboshi(The top of the bridge railing).
There are a monument of relay road race(ekiden) and " Tokaido chu Hizakurige(famous novel)" by the bridge.
The cache is not in the river.
We don't put it in the dangerous place. But the flooding be careful

三条大橋は東海道と中山道の終着点として有名です。どちらも起点は東京の日本橋です。
三条大橋がいつにできたかは不明ですが、現在でも橋の欄干に使われている擬宝珠の中には1590年頃ものが残っています。
橋のたもとには駅伝発祥の碑と東海道中膝栗毛のモニュメントがあります。
キャッシュは川の中にはありません。安全な場所に設置してありますが、増水時は危険ですので注意してください。
金曜日と土曜日の夜は若者と警官がたくさんいますので避けることをお勧めします。
