My family is very important to me. This cache is named for my younger sister Jamie. She lives in Grantville, KS with her husband and her mixed breed golden lab named Gabby. Jamie is one tough cookie. In 2013 she graduated from Kansas Wesleyan University with a bachelors degree in business. In 2014 she received her MBA from "K-Dub". I'm SO proud of her!
You are looking for an ammo can. The cache is located on the right of way adjacent to my parents' property and is placed with permission. Off-road parking is available close to the cache.
Enjoy the drive down Snokomo Road, part of Skyline Drive, which is recognized as a Kansas scenic route and is nestled in the Flint Hills. Skyline Drive begins southeast of Alma and ends in Paxico. Breath-taking scenery including creeks, birds, wildflowers and prairie are common along the drive. Many native stone structures are also scattered along the way.
