Geocache Description:

Hansons Hole on the North Fork of the Jump River

This is number 3 in a series of caches that I have and will continue to place on the Jump River.

This particular cache is at "Hansons Hole". A one time popular swimming hole in the river. Years back a lot of us learned how to swim here when we were younger. Not sure if a lot of people still swim but its still a nice little park and picnic area. Best way to access this park is to come off Cty Rd O. Any other roads will force you to cross the river or hit a dead end road.

There is a picnic area, pavillion, volleyball court and playground equipment along with outdoor toilets.

The original cache was a tupperware container with a blue top. Original contents include: Log book, pencils, car antenna ball, compasses, bottle opener and button. The original was replaced with a larger water proof cache.
