The cache is hidden within Chempsill Coppice, a popular walk with locals. At the time of placing, a sea of bluebells was just beginning to bloom. It may be approached from 2 directions.
The most convenient parking spot is by the Bridgnorth Road at N52º 32.839 W002º 21.904. However after very rainy weather the path may become flooded so alternative parking for several cars can be found at N52º 33.448 W002º 21.442 You are looking for an ammo box which contains a selection of swaps and a pin badge for FTF.
Although this is a stand alone cache you may like to incorporate three more of our caches to make a circular walk of approximately 2.5 miles.(We have included a map of the suggested route)
You are advised to keep a close watch on geokids and dogs near water and a busy main road. Unfortunately it is not buggy or wheelchair friendly as there are several stiles to contend with and some parts might get a little muddy in wet weather.
Within 50yds of the alternative parking location there is a public house, “The Dog Inn and Davenport Arms” which serves food and liquid refreshment for those cachers who may require it.
