Located near the low head dam along the Scioto River just over the Delaware- Marion County Line near Prospect, Ohio. This Cache contains action figures and aquatic creatures and is a clear container with a blue lid. Please be sure to sign the ledger and leave an item if you take one. Happy Geocaching!
