Där torpet Holmesled (även kallat Leskes) som var bebott mellan åren 1815-1855 en gång låg finns idag odlad mark. Den första familjen som flyttade hit kom från Backabo 1815 Andreas Andersson (1781-1855) och hans fru Annika Pehrsdotter(1771-1842). De hade två barn och fick senare ett till. Man vet att dottern Elin Andreasdotter (1812-1853) flyttade hemifrån 1831 men återvände till hemmet igen när modern dog 1842. Elin gifte sig 1851 med Peter Larsson (född 1823). De hann få två barn innan hon dog i kikhosta två år senare. Endast en familj i två generationer bodde alltså på Holmesled under de 40 år som torpet var bebott.
Man behöver inte flytta några stenar för att hitta cachen. Cachen ligger inte i stenmuren.
Today there are cultivated land where the croft Holmesled (also called Leskes) once was situated. People inhabitated the croft between 1815-1855. The first family to move here came from Backabo 1815 Andreas Andersson(1881-1855) and his wife Annika Pehrsdotter(1771-1842). They had two children before and one more was born later. It is known that the daughter Elin Andreasdotter (1812-1853) moved away from home in 1831 but returned when the mother died in 1842. Elin got married in 1851 to Peter Larsson. They had two children before she died in whooping-cough two years later. Only one family in two generations inhabitated Holmesled during the 40 years it was inhatitated.
There is no need to move any stones to find the cache. The cache is not in the stone wall.
