Geocache Description:

Small click box hidden at the base of Bonsai looking pine. We recommend you park at the given co-ordinates and head via the waypoint to the cache. Steady climb, punctuated by brilliant views of Hadleigh and the surrounding area. On a clear bright day you can see as far as the horizon.....(17 miles). Please replace cover stone carefully, as it protects the cache. When cache complete, the car park offers excellent opportunities for a quick swing or slide.

The cache is called Constitution Hill, but on OS maps the hill is called "Constitutional Hill". Here is an extract from the Hadliegh Society newsletter dated July 1989, explaining why:-
"Letter to the editor.
In last month's news letter.....I find Constitution Hill refered to as "Constitutional Hill"??? through no fault of the writer's. It was so misnamed by the Ordnance Survey at Southampton doing a ground inspection in the 1970s; unfortunatley the urban district council's clerk was new to the area and did not know.
I asked the council at the time to write to the OS to correct the error, which they did, unfortunatley not in time to prevent footpath signposts being cast with the incorrect name. Doubtless future editions of the OS map will bear the correct name "Constitution Hill", but in the mean time it would be helpful for the Hadleigh Society to make the correct name known. Ask anyone old enough to remember and they will confirm that an eror has crept in."
