bridgebum: I'm delighted to say that this sad and neglected cemetery has been dramatically transformed (presumably by someone in the French family. The stones have been reset onto bases, the litter has been cleaned up, and the brush and weeds around the stones has been cleared.

Geocache Description:

This cache is hidden in the long abandoned French Cemetery. Records show that 13 people, mostly members of the French family, were buried here during the 19th century. Interestingly, three of the thirteen were named Betsey French.

Please be respectful of the location. It looks like some kids may hang around here sometimes, as we've removed some bottles and other trash. If you see any other garbage, consider it a CITO opportunity for you.
