Just another reason to hike these wonderful foothill trails
Congratulations to pingeysdad for FTF. A tough hike for a very hot (90 degree) April day.
You can hike or bike to this from the Claremont side or the La Verne side, as this is where the two main trails meet. The truck gate is locked but the footpathh is open. In fact it seems there have been a lot of different types of gates at this location as there are a number of lock posts next to the trail.
