AHT01 - Highland Park to Gilman Traditional Cache
Cheatriverrat: When first sited on the exterior of a building which housed the Randolph County Convention and Visitors Bureau it was believed that the cache hunter traffic drawn to this location was a plus for the CVB. The Bureau has moved to another part of town far distanced from the Highlands Trail. The cache owner does not plan to resuscitate this site.

in our disclaimer.
The location is the Allegheny Highlands Trail from Elkins to Hendricks, West Virginia. A 25 mile rail-trail following the route of the old West Virginia Central & Pittsburgh line. The trail is level, paved in some sections with shell and gravel in others. A map of the entire trail is available at: www.highlandstrail.org
AHT01 is being disabled at this time because of persistent muggling. It may be re-located but I believe the muggling would continue because of the neighborhood in which the site is placed. Non-geocachers can read this website page also. Stay tuned
