This cache was placed in anticipation of the WWFM V Event on May 2nd, 2009.
In geology, a platform is a continental area covered by relatively flat or gently tilted, sedimentary strata, which overlie a basement of consolidated igneous or metamorphic rocks of an earlier deformation.
Or it could just be something you stand on.
