On the Porterwood to Parsons section of the Allegheny Highlands Trail, this is cache #20. The trail continues across a newly restored railroad trestle bridge, through Parsons City Park which is a very pleasant, easy ride and on to the next trailhead at Bretz - N39.05.655 W079.40.046. The location is the site of one of the opening battles of the Civil War, a series of informational displays line the trail on the outskirts of Parsons.
