Geocache Description:

A nice trail along the river.

This cache is part of the Towpath series which includes three other caches ( Woodpecker Alley, A Cache Lives Here, Up Routed). There is a FTF prize in one of the caches. The balances of the caches have a log, pencil and possibly some trade items. The trail is relatively flat. You may have to cross some logs or walk around some streams to get to the other side of the Towpath. The final cache is relatively steep up an embankment but not impossible. It is approximately 1.6 miles roundtrip.

The cache is a small dry case with log, pencil and FTF prize?????

The trail head is located off of RTE 202 in Gorham. Take 202 from Gorham and you will eventually come to a roundabout which is the intersection of 202 and 237. About .25 miles from the roundabout on 202 you will find Towpath Road on the left. Parking is available at the Windham Rod and Gun Club (see coordinates). You will need to walk down the street to the trail entrance (see coordinates).

Good luck!
