CZ: Tato kes vas zavede na nenapadny vrch Velky Kamenik nedaleko
Huti u Bechyne. Ukryva se na nem byvaly lom a v nem maly ekosystem
s jezirkem obyvanym obojzivelniky a take odkryta zila kremene, kde
muzete nalezt krasne krystaly a druzy. Viz prilozene fotografie
krystalku. Fotky okoli dodam.
ENG: This cache will take you to the hill of Velky Kamenik. There
is hidden former quarry with a small lake and also uncovered flint
streak with nice crystals and clusters.
CZ: Bohuzel ani tato vyjimecna soucast nasi krajiny neunikla
negativnimu pusobeni cloveka, takze stromu na vrcholku stale ubyva,
jejich vetve konci buhvi proc v jezirku a kremenna zila je mistnimi
„geology“ rozkopana krumpaci a vytezena hlina i s kamenim pokryva
cely svah od vykopaneho „dolu“ az do jezirka. Prekvapive prave v
této vytezene hline jsme nasli a stále nachazime nase nejkrasnejsi
krystaly kremene a o to same bychom chteli pozadat i vas.
Nepripojujte se k devastaci tohoto prostredi a hledejte pouze ve
vytezene hline. Kes samotna je umistena par desitek metru od
„dolu“, aby ji nenasli nahodni hledaci krystalku. Po odlovu kese
vstupte také hloubeji do lomu a pokochejte se, stoji to za to.
Jeste bych vas rad upozornil na pomerne obtizny teren pri sestupu
do lomu. Nejjednodussi je samotny vrchol obejit krajem pole zleva,
viz popis pristupu dale. Budeme radi, kdyz do kese budete davat
nalezene krystalky nebo jine hezke kaminky, ktere jste nasli nekde
jinde, ale neni podminkou. Pro odloveni kese není nutne lezt na
skaly!!! Postupujte tedy opatrne a nelezte pak v lomu na skaly, po
padu by vas pomerne dlouho nikdo nenasel a ostatnim geokacerum
byste pripravili nemile prekvapeni.
ENG: Unfortunately, even this special part of our countryside have
not escaped from the neagtive human activity. There are still fewer
trees in the top, their branches end up in the lake, Goodness knows
why, and the flint streak is diged up by local „geologists“ and
mined out earth overlays all the downhill to the lake. But there in
the mined out earth you can find many litle crystals and clusters.
We would like to ask you to act consideratlely and look for stones
only in mined out clay. The cache is is hidden few tens of metres
from the mine. The easiest way to the mine and cache is depictured
below. I would like to draw attention to the quite heavy terrain in
the quarry and please do not try to climb the rocks. The cache is
not there and you could lie there for a quite long time and you
could make an unpleasant surprise for other geocachers.
