To get the cache you will have to climb to the very top of the tower- it's really worth it as there are beautiful sight from the top. After you have visited cache you can try to get down using rope if you have. Also you can visit nearby objects that you can see from the top and feel antigravity.
There are also some rooms under the tower and you can find entrance near the tower. Happy adventure. Don't forget to leave your car before sign- forbidden to drive in. It's because there is coastal zone.
