Yes, there is a southern trailhead to the Blue Ridge Trail. You can hike first to Fiske Peak for great views and loop back on dirt roads and along Fiske Creek. I clocked 18 miles for the loop with 3800 ft elevation change. Watch out for rattlers. Two were spotted on this loop when the cache was placed. FTF can keep the gold dollar coin.
