This ammo-can cache is only 300 feet from parking and requires minimal bushwacking.
Located on the 'other' side of Dorbrook Park in Colts Neck, you can drive back to the rear parking area, or hike from the lot by the road if nothing is in the air that day. *** IMPORTANT NOTE: If the model airplanes are flying, no foot traffic is allowed near the field. You must drive to the rear parking lot. *** Please obey all posted signs. This cache is very close to the park border, near the NWS Earle Normandy Road and railroad tracks. However, a fence will prevent you from wandering onto the federal government property.
