Geocache Description:

On a hill overlooking the plateau and the town of Tripolis.

About 5.5 km to the west of the town of Tripolis there is a hill named Analipsi, name taken after a little old church on the top of it.

Follow the road from Tripolis towards Perthori and after about 3.5 km turn right towards Analipsi - the road signs are written in Greek only. Park your car at the end of the road and follow your GPS.

The area is protected and preserved by the Mountaineering and Ecology Club of Tripolis. It is surrounded by wire fence but the gate is always open to the public. Apart from the small church there is a small building used as a private dining room of the Club, that offers great view over Tripolis.

The cache is a plastic container wrapped in a plastic bag. It contains a logbook, a pen and some goodies to trade.

A very good friend, Maria, living in Tripolis, is going to watch the cache for us, though we often visit the place ourselves.
