Arthur A. Bland is a character from the story of Robin Hood. This cache is a part of the Sherwood Forest Series (GC1BHN3) by Nially.
Arthur A. Bland is traveling through Sherwood Forest when Robin accuses him of poaching. When they fight and Arthur beats Robin, Robin invites him to join the band. In some versions he is Little John's cousin.
At this location, Arthur's presence is suspicious to say the least. Ducks nest on the shore and moose seem to like this spot. What an opportunity for Arthur.

USE THE PARKING AREA BUT WALK UP THE ROAD OVER THE ROADWAYS BRIDGE AND BUSHWACK TO THE CACHE. THE BRIDGE OVER THE DAM HAS BEEN RENEWED BUT MAY BE SLIPPERY AND I WOULD NOT WANT TO HEAR OF ANY ONE FALLING OFF IT. THANKS!
