The Cache is located close to Katherine's main Heavy Vehicle Weigh Bridge. Parking is readily available near the weigh bridge and a short walk will be required. As with most places in the NT, it could get a little muddy around the wet season - though it will still be accessible :)
Unless there's many vehicles being weighed there shouldn't be many people around, so muggles shouldn't be an issue
The cache container is a medium sized Ammo Tin, so there's plenty of room for swaps and trackables. Contains a log and pencil in a Ziplock bag.
