Jerusalem International Launch Pad Traditional Cache
Lone Star Five: Silverwater checked for me, the cache has been muggled. I am going to archive it. Maybe a local geocacher can put one there. Please remember it is a place a lot of tourists can visit so if they are on the bus, they will no t have time for complicated caches or long walks.

Overlook of the Old City of Jerusalem. Many tour buses stop here to give visitors a great view of the Old City. Many people also walk this area referred to as the Goldman Promenade. I created this cache as a launch pad for geo coins and bugs to be picked up and dropped by international travelers. Short 300 foot walk.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE TRAIL AROUND OR IT CAN BE HEAVY TERRAIN. The cache is a small food container. It is a short 350 feet from the overlook and bus parking. I created this spot to be a launch pad for travel bugs/coins to be dropped and picked up by international tourists.
The site in an ancient Aqueduct opening that was first dug one century before Christ. The cache overlooks the Kidron Valley.
This is also referred to as UN Hill as the United Nations HQ sit atop the hill and is also thought by many to be the Hill of Evil Council, where the Sanhederin plotted to hand Jesus Christ to the Romans. Another possible site is near Abu Tor. See Geocache GC1RNGQ or Crusader Church.
To reach the spot from the parking lot one must walk toward the fountain. The container is under the back of a large rock.
The container contains log book, pencil, and sharpener. There are toys in the box if you take something please leave something for fair trade. Please read mission of trackable items to see if they wish to stay in Israel or travel abroad. Please be aware of mugglers.
