Pretty quick easy PNG that does not require a film can or light pole.
As you approach this cache you might think, what on earth does recycling have to do with this cache. Well a couple of things, this conatiner was already here, I just pulled the old log of the archived tblisi cache Exposed, and recycled his container and location for this one. The second is this building, it is amazing that they will go build another large building elsewhere and leave this perfectly good big empty building sitting here. Someone should Recycle this place for something else.
You should not have any problems with eyes or traffice with this one.
