MKJB514's 1000th
The good
old traditional silver ammo can. Stocked with goodies to get you
started.
Mike
started geocaching in October of 2004. Around October of 2006, the
GPS was put aside taking a break and concentrating on family. But
in May of 2008 he met us. We weren't KingEvo then and he didn't
meet us via geocaching. Mike shares another obsession that we love
- motorcycles. That's how we met. We met a poker run and found out
that our kids were friends at school - how cool is that! Mike never
mentioned geocaching until he found out we bought a GPS last
October. We think he didn't want to tell us Harley riders that he
used to hunt tuperware in the woods (must have been a stereotype
thing). Once we were hooked on geocaching, he started geocaching
like crazy again. We have had many laughs and many adventures the
last 6 or 7 months.
Oh the Adventures; Walking on what we hope was rock solid ice (a
few times). Running for FTF's when the Decathlon caches posted.
Heading over 30 miles away from home just for a cache that had some
strange meaning to us. Taking the little KingEvo across the marsh
(shortcut) and having to run to a department store for a change of
clothes cause the little one fell.
Let's keep the awesome adventures going!
CONGRATULATIONS MKJB514 ON REACHING 1000 FINDS!
P.S. Did
you think that your 1000th cache wouldn't include a water
hazard?
Cache replaced with a small container 5/8/11.
