On the way back from caching in the mountains several months ago, Mrs Winglen pointed out to McPhan and RexTrex a very quirky and fun sculpture beside the Monaro highway. Many jokes followed, and we planned how and where we might position a cache to mark this feature. The colours have since faded and long grass around the base makes the counting difficult, so I have changed the calculations to something simpler.
Park at the listed coords for a good view of the sculpture. Nearby you will also see a mailbox with a number, and a gate bearing the name of the property. This is a busy road, so please use the suggested parking because it gets you off the road, and is a good distance away from the nearby hill and corner.
To calculate the GZ, find the following:
ABCD = the number on the mailbox
E = number of posts in the sculpture (don't count the fence posts)
F = third letter of the property name
South coords are 35 deg A(C+D+E). (2D)FE
