[SWE] Renat och klart!

Varje dygn renas 44 000 kubikmeter vatten här vid avloppsverket i Skebäck. Det renande vattnet återförs sedan till Svartån. Ur rötslammet som bildas under reningen framställs även biogas, som bl a används till fordonsgas – det finns f n två biogasmackar i Örebro – och i Universitetssjukhusets värmecentral. Rötslammet kan sedan användas som jordförbättringsmedel.

[ENG] Purified

Each day 44 000 cubic meters of water are purified here at the sewage plant in Skebäck. The purified water is then released back to river Svartån. From the digested sludge formed during purification, biogas is produced, which is used for fuel for vehicles - there are currently two biogas filling stations in Örebro - and in the University Hospital heating. The digested sludge can then be used as soil improver.
