Have you seen my legumes? Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

New York Admin: The permit for this cache has expired and all attempts to contact the cache owner failed. The cache owner has not been active in 6 years so I'm going to go ahead and archive the cache as abandoned.

Should the cache owner resurface in the near future and works things out with the park manager this cache may be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

dance bean dance  Legumes?  dance bean dance

What does this Geocache have to do with Legumes? Nothing! But I got your attention, didn't I? This cache does, however, have a green theme. You can log this as a find without any additional effort. I do ask, however, that you trade only "green" items. This cache starts out with a few green items to start.

GLSP Grafton Lakes State Park, on the forested mountain ridge between the Taconic and Hudson Valleys, includes five ponds and 2,357 acres. Long Pond has a large, sandy beach, which is a popular summer attraction. Anglers can go after rainbow and brown trout in Long, Second and Shaver Pond. Pickerel, perch, and bass are abundant in all ponds including Mill Pond and walleye are found at the Martin-Durham Reservoir. All ponds have launch facilities for canoes, sailboats and rowboats. Visitors also picnic, walk the nature trails, and hike, bike or ride horses along the 25 miles of park trails. In winter, the trails are groomed for cross-country skiers and snowmobilers, and visitors may also showshoe or ice skate. GLSP Website
