Geocache Description:

A small Lock N' Lock located adjacent the Ausable River, off the Gristmill rd. in Keene, NY. Cache should be available year-round, but always be aware of the water level. Contains a small log/pencil and some tiny trade items, should be a quick one!

This particular cache, our 7th, will take you to my home town. I had been looking forward to doing this for a while, but was amazed at all the Posted signs that have popped up. I had walked, biked, fished and learned to drive on these roads and really wanted to point out some cool areas that the average passerby may have never knew existed. Looking back - I am grateful for the simple times I had in this small town.

So for now we placed this one in a really nice public spot and hopefully I will come up with some more later.

Please take your time and drive or walk around these small side roads and enjoy a quick look at my roots.
