Owned by the City of Hutchinson, Salt City Business Park is a 196-acre shovel-ready business park. The Park has all utilities in it and is capable of rail on the east side. It is fully platted.
Located .25 mi. north of U.S. Hwy 50, 6 mi. north of K-96 Expressway to Wichita.
I had lived in Hutchinson for 25 years and have always wondered why in the world this road was built if there was never any businesses being built...There were even street lights erected, and the street was named Enterprise...GO figure...Wheat fields now line both sides of the street and not a building in site...
If you know some of my caches, this one should be very easy to find...
Please bring a pen or pencil as there is only room for a log...
