The night seemed to be endless, and my eyes were growing heavy. In the twilight of my waking, I seemed to be walking along a lonely road with my GPS in one hand, and a trash bag in the other. Suddenly, a large black bird flew down from a nearby tree, and I ducked for cover from its threatening actions. Amazingly, it seemed to speak to me, “Nevermore”, it croaked and a piece of paper fell from its beak, as it flew away. I stooped and picked up the trash it had dropped, and read the numbers written there.

The cache was still some distance away, and I continued to the edge of a forest. As rain started to beat down, I took shelter in the trees. A great roaring sound grew in intensity, and winds gusting to gale force threatened to blow me off my feet, I grabbed hold of a tree to keep my balance, and saw a strange message carved on the trunk. Krans eht tnuh The winds died down and the rain stopped, and I was able to continue on my way, but not before picking up the trash at the bottom of the tree and reading the numbers printed on it.

Suddenly I was at a campfire scene, witches were dancing round a large fire pot and chanting weird songs and poetry, “what does it all mean? “I cried, having a second fit as a ship’s captain ran by tingling a bell, chased by strange hairy creatures and a beaver. “It means a diff 4 cache where you may have to search for the sources of the clues before decoding the numbers”, they said - then I saw it, “Eureka!’ I cried. Instantly, the witches fell upon me, crying out, “You can’t be the FTF, you placed the cache” and then the nightmare ended, or has it just begun??? I found myself alone in the middle of the bush, sitting on a rock, with trash all round me, and my GPS dead. I still had to find my way back, and that could take some time.
