As part of the Living Proof Project, the structure is considered a symbol of hope for the thousands that pass daily. It is 170 feet tall, 60 feet across, 8 by 8 ft square and is made of 90 tons of steel. It is open 24/7 and the area is well lit. It will require stealth at certain times. A rival entity will be building a similar structure, not quite as tall, but more elaborate. I see a series in the making.
